FORMAT GUIDE

Rich Text vs. Bot API HTML vs. MarkdownV2

Format Intended Use Important Detail
Formatted Text Copy to an editor that supports rich clipboard content Formatting may not survive pasting into every Telegram client.
Bot API HTML Bot messages with parse_mode=HTML Uses Telegram-supported tags, not arbitrary webpage HTML.
MarkdownV2 Bot messages with parse_mode=MarkdownV2 Escapes MarkdownV2 punctuation and special characters.

Important: The 4,096-character text limit applies to standard Bot API text messages after entities parsing. Bots may need to split longer messages. Nested or complex pasted formatting may require review before sending.

BEST PRACTICES

Make Telegram Messages Easier to Read

01

Use Short Paragraphs

Break long announcements into scannable sections so readers on small screens can find the key message quickly.

02

Highlight Sparingly

Use bold text for important dates and instructions. Excessive mixed formatting can make messages harder to follow.

03

Check Links and Spoilers

Verify link destinations and test spoiler visibility. Avoid hiding essential safety or contact information behind spoilers.

Does this tool send messages to Telegram?

No. It only prepares content in your browser. Sending requires your Telegram client, a bot, or your own integration.

Can I copy bold or italic text into a normal Telegram chat?

The tool attempts to copy both rich HTML and plain text. Telegram clients may ignore pasted rich formatting, so review the pasted result before sending.

What is the difference between HTML and MarkdownV2 export?

These are two Bot API parse modes. Choose the one your bot request specifies, and do not combine the two syntaxes.

Can I use spoilers, quotes, and clickable links?

Yes. The editor offers these formats and provides a local preview. Complex nested formats should be reviewed in your receiving application.

What are the message templates?

Editable examples for announcements, promotions, updates, and community rules. Selecting a template replaces the current editor message.

Are my messages stored or uploaded?

The tool does not upload or save message text on an ApiSeller server. Your text remains in the editor until you leave or reset the page.

Is this an official Telegram tool?

No. This is an independent message preparation tool and is not affiliated with Telegram.
