International Digital Services, API, Privacy, and Refund Policies

Platform Rules

These rules apply to all orders, balance top-ups, and transactions made through ApiSeller.com. By using the Platform, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and electronically accepted these rules. They must be interpreted together with the Platform’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy & Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.

Rule 1

Placing multiple or overlapping orders for the same link — either through ApiSeller or external services — or modifying the link during processing may cause system errors and result in loss of balance.

Rule 2

Orders placed while the target profile or page is set to private may automatically be marked as “Completed” by the system. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Rule 3

If your order is not fully or partially completed (except cases under Rule 2), the unfulfilled amount will be automatically refunded to your account balance. You may then reorder the same service or choose an alternative one.

Rule 4

Do not place a new order for the same link until the previous one has fully completed. For automated or bot-based services, it is recommended to wait at least 6 hours before placing a new order after completion.

Rule 5

Do not modify usernames, post/account IDs, URLs, or visibility settings after placing an order. Doing so may cause the process to fail or be auto-marked as completed, making refunds impossible.

Rule 6

Bot, automation, or similar services come with no guarantee of retention or permanence. Followers or engagement delivered may drop over time, and maintenance durations are not fixed.

Rule 7

ApiSeller does not provide delivery-time guarantees. Times stated in service descriptions are approximate and may vary due to social media updates or system load.

Rule 8

In refill-guaranteed services, if the target count drops below the original start number, the guarantee may be void depending on the service’s specific terms listed in its description.

Rule 9

Orders or promotions involving adult (+18), gambling, betting, or illegal content/accounts are strictly prohibited.

Rule 10

Social media platforms are constantly updated. New, copyright-infringing, unverified (SMS/email) or risky accounts may face suspension. All such risks are the User’s responsibility.

Rule 11

ApiSeller is responsible only for delivering the purchased quantity of service (applicable guarantee rules remain valid where stated). The Platform is not liable for lost followers, deleted posts, or third-party platform changes. If partial delivery occurs, the system automatically refunds the undelivered portion.

Rule 12

Service start and completion times depend on system workload and supplier availability. They may vary, be postponed, or extended without prior notice.

Rule 13

Loaded balances are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if a specific agreed service is removed from the Platform, the corresponding unused balance may be refunded according to the Refund Policy.

Rule 14

Service descriptions and metrics may change at any time and are for informational purposes only. Guarantees or delivery times are indicative, not binding. The system conditions at the time of ordering take precedence.

Rule 15

By registering and placing an order, all Users acknowledge and electronically accept these rules. In case of any service disruption, Users waive the right to unjustified complaints or refund claims beyond stated policies.

Rule 16

ApiSeller reserves the right to modify or update these rules at any time without prior notice. The latest version is published at https://apiseller.com/rules and becomes effective immediately upon posting.
